Obtain a digital ticket without making a purchase by sending a 3” x 5” card, legibly printed, together with your name, your registered My Crosby’s Rewards account number, and your email address to “Crosby’s Digital Ticket Request,” 600 Main Street, #300, Tonawanda, NY 14151-0888. Requests must be received by September 5, 2024. Limit one digital game ticket per request; one request per outer mailing envelope.

You should receive your digital ticket directly to your email that is associated with your registered My Crosby’s Rewards account after making your qualifying purchase. You can also view any unopened digital tickets online when you log-in to your account.

Purchases of lottery, tobacco and nicotine products, prepaid gift cards, car washes, money orders, garbage tickets, EZ Pass, phone cards and /or bus tickets are not considered 'qualifying items,' and you will not earn a digital ticket when any of these items are purchased together or individually on any transaction that does not include any other item not listed here.

You must subscribe to receive email communications during your My Crosby’s Rewards member registration process in order to receive your digital ticket. If you have not subscribed to receive emails and wish to receive digital tickets, you must register your account at https://crosbysstores.com/my-crosbys-rewards/. If you still do not receive your digital ticket via email, you can access your digital tickets via logging into your account.

You can register for My Crosby’s Rewards at https://crosbysstores.com/my-crosbys-rewards/. Follow the instructions to complete the one-time Electronic Sign-Up Form. Please allow up to two days in order to start receiving your digital tickets after becoming a My Crosby’s Rewards member.

If you are drawn in the sweepstakes you will receive an email or phone call from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided on your My Crosby’s Rewards account. A maximum of three attempts will be made to contact any winner.

When you open your digital ticket and reveal an instant win prize message, your prize will automatically be loaded onto your My Crosby’s Rewards account. To redeem product prizes, visit a participating Crosby’s location, choose the product that you won, and bring it up to the register. Then, use your My Crosby’s Rewards when checking out to redeem your prize. All instant product prizes expire on September 19, 2024. Fuel discounts and rewards are automatically added to your My Crosby’s Rewards. Expiry dates may vary.

When you open your digital ticket and reveal a Buy One Get One offer, it will be automatically be loaded onto your My Crosby’s Rewards account. To redeem BOGOs, simply visit a participating Crosby’s location, pick up two of the products from your BOGO offer, and bring them up to the register. Then, use your My Crosby’s Rewards when checking out to redeem your BOGO, you will purchase one of the products and get the other one for free. All BOGOs expire on September 19, 2024.
